TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Extremely resistant to deformation - High memory performance - Available only in the natural, uncolored version
Silicone tubes are particularly suitable for applications requiring high elasticity and memory, even for continuous and long-term use. These tubes are generally intended for medical or technical applications such as robotics and industrial machinery, peristaltic pumps, and the continuous circulation of hot and cold liquids. In food applications, silicone tubes offer the following advantages over other materials: flexibility over a wide temperature range, transparency, resistance to temperatures between –40 and +200°C, good resistance to chemical attacks and oxidation. Silicone tubes are excellent electrical insulators, non-stick, elastic, and resistant to aging.
These tubes have a hardness of 60 ± 5 ShA, packaged in 15-meter coils wrapped in PE bags and placed in cardboard boxes. In addition to the 15-meter coil version, different lengths can also be requested.
