TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Tubes with a constant cross-section intended for use in the medical sector for the connection or completion of different medical devices. The raw material used is TOTM-plasticized PVC. What makes them specific for the medical sector is the raw materials used, as they have successfully passed biocompatibility tests. These raw materials give the tubes transparency, elasticity, and high flexibility, which are essential fautures for their intended use.
The tube can be supplied either cut to lenght or in coils, with dimendions that can be customized for the client and range from 0.5 to 12 mm in inner diameter.
The tubes can be produced in natural, amber, or striped versions with different colors depending on the request.
Additionally, a version with a Barium Sulfate additive is available upon request, specifically for radiopaque tubes.
Specific gravity and hardness are specific to each type of chosen PVC; hardness levels ranges range from 61 ShA and 92 ShA.
APPLICATIONS: Manufacture and/or completion of medical devices, such as those intended for extracorporeal circulation, suction, etc., or other specific applications in the medical field.
NORMS: The raw materials used to produce these tubes comply with medical standards specific to each product. Any declarations of medical compliance must be requested at the time of ordering.
