TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Tubes with a constant cross-section intended for use in the medical sector for the connection or completion of medical devices. The raw material used is a DEHT-plasticized PVC. The characteristic that makes them specific for the medical sector is the raw materials used, as they have successfully passed biocompatibility tests. These raw materials give the tubes transparency, elasticity, and high flexibility, which are essential characteristics for their intended use.
The tubes can be supplied either cut to lenght or in coils, with dimesions that can be customized for the client and range from 0.5 to 12 mm in inner diameter.
The tubes can be manufactured in natural, amber or with striped versions with different colors depending of the request.
Additionally, upon request, a version with a Barium Sulfate additive is available, specific for radiopaque tubes.
APPLICATIONS: Manufacture and/or completion of medical devices, such as those intended for extracorporeal circulation, suction, ets., or other specific medical applications in the medical field.
NORMS: The raw materials used to produce these tubes comply with medical standards, specific to the product. Any declarations of medical compliance must be requested at the time of ordering.
NOTE: The end user must ensure that the final articles are suitable to come into contact with the intended pharmaceutical products, in the intended conditions of use, by carrying out the specific tests prescribed by the aforementioned Pharmacopoeia monographs and the related approval procedures.
