TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

These tubes are realized in coextruded version. They are specific for food, beverage, drinking water, etc.
The raw materials used to produce ACCUAFLY™ tubes are non-toxic and according to FDA norm, as indicated by the certification NSF51.
ACCUAFLY™ tubes are available in different versions: natural, coloured or natural with coloured line. In this case, tubes with coloured line are realised to avoid any contact between the coloured line and the transported substance, because it is deeply inserted in the wall thickness.
ACCUAFLY™ tubes have excellent chemical-physical properties, very high barrier properties, smooth internal surface, no additive, no deposit of the carried material, no need to wash during working conditions, no tubing replacement during ordinary maintenance except when it is deemed necessary by the user.

NOTE:

It is recommended to avoid the connection of PE tubes with fittings that deform too much the tube's extremity, because PE doesn't resist to enlargements approximately over 15%. "Creep" problems could occur with not suitable fittings.
